Costs and Rates

Your holiday residence is available for € 250 a week and € 40 a day to be used with a limitation of 6 persons. A deposit is required. During summerholidays and other holidays is our residence available for € 300,00 a week and € 50 a day. The cancellation fee after payment will be 50% of the rentalprice. Please note that in case of a long stay during the first and last quarters of the year, rates will be adjusted to the duration of your stay.

Cleaningservice is included and will be provided during your stay as well as by departure.  Costs of electricity, drinking water (gallon of Aqua) and the laundryservice (towels, sheets e.g.) at the day of your departure are not included and are on your account.  An advance deposit of € 250 is required for a rental period less than a month. The rate of the advance deposit will be calculated proportionally to the duration of the rental period.

In case of long stay during the first and last quarters of the year, rates will be adjusted to the duration.
